Yogurt, Ricotta & Berry Delight

This is a quick, simple and creamy breakfast for one.

Ingredients:

½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup ricotta cheese
½ cup berries (strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries)
7-8 chopped almonds
1 packet Truvia or sugar substitute of your choice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix together yogurt, ricotta and sugar substitute if using until creamy. Blend in fruit, sprinkle with nuts and enjoy.

TIP: You can add a splash of vanilla extract, cinnamon or nutmeg according to your personal taste.
