Sugar Free Egg Nog

1/2 cup plain Egg Beaters
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
rum extract or rum to taste (lol – I’ll leave that up to you and your guests. Start with a teaspoon)
3-4 packets Truvia


  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or more to chill and allow to thicken.
  3. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  4. Enjoy!
