3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 heads bok choy, quartered lengthwise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ teaspoon white pepper
- Place a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add the olive oil, then the bok choy. Sauté for about 6 minutes, until wilted and tender.
- Add the soy sauce and white pepper. Stir to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
