Peppermint Patty Protein Shake

There’s something about the chocolate mint flavor combo that calls to me around the holiday season, how about you?

I’ve got  your solution!

This protein shake will give you a little pep in your step and get you in the holiday mode!

Ingredients:

1-2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (I use Jay Robb brand)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
8 ounces cold, purified water with some ice

Directions:

  1. Mix in blender or Nutribullet.
  2. Enjoy!

Optional: Put a dollop of heavy whipped cream on top and sprinkle with sugar free chocolate shavings.
