This protein shake will give you a little pep in your step and get you in the holiday mode!
1-2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (I use Jay Robb brand)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
8 ounces cold, purified water with some ice
- Mix in blender or Nutribullet.
Optional: Put a dollop of heavy whipped cream on top and sprinkle with sugar free chocolate shavings.
