Parmesan Chicken

This recipe is simple to make and totally delicious!

I really like chicken on the bone but if you prefer,  you can use cutlets…they work perfectly!

Ingredients:

12 chicken drumsticks or thighs
2 – 3 eggs
2 cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until well blended.
  3. Dip chicken in egg mixture, coating well, then roll in cheese and spices.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until brown.
