Instant Raspberry Ice cream

I found this all natural recipe on Low Carb So Simple.

I happen to have had an extra container of ricotta cheese sitting in the fridge, so I figured what the heck … let me give this a try! It is DELICIOUS and the recipe consists of only 3 INGREDIENTS. All I can say is “BRAVO”!


7 ounces frozen raspberries
9 ounces ricotta cheese
30 drops liquid vanilla stevia (or to taste)


  1. Mix everything in a food processor until smooth. You can leave small pieces of raspberries if you want.
  2. Serve immediately.

Try this recipe with sour cream instead of ricotta, its really rich and delicious!
