Dandelion + Cucumber Smoothie

This recipe is simple, has a very low glycemic index and is packed with vitamins and minerals, so I give it two thumbs up.

Ingredients:

1 bunch dandelion greens
1 medium cucumber, peeled
2 cups water
stevia drops to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients in your Vitamix or Nutra Bullet until everything is pulverized.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
