Daily Green Lemonade

Imagine drinking sunshine.

You do this when you consume raw, green leaves. Now imagine drinking heaps of sunshine so that all the wattage of brilliant energy recharges every cell. That’s how you get a radiant, healthy glow.

This juice is best taken on an empty stomach so the nutrients can bypass the digestive process and go right to the cellular level with all their life force and enzymatic, healing and energy enriching superpowers!

* All ingredients should be washed thoroughly before juicing.


1 head romaine lettuce
3-4 stalks celery, with or without the leaves
5-6 stalks of kale (any type)
1 cucumber
1 whole lemon (you don’t have to peel it)
1-2 small chunks of ginger root
stevia powder or stevia drops to taste


  1. Process the vegetables through a juicer by admitting one vegetable at a time through the mouth of the juicer. The fiber will shoot out the juicer into a container while the spout will eject the fresh juice into another container.
  2. Pour into a large glass and drink! I like to sip my Green Lemonade through a straw. Notice how the lemon cuts out the “grass” taste that most people try to avoid.

TIP: Put the left over vegetable and fruit fiber in a composter or a compost pile in your yard. Makes for nutrient rich dirt for gardening!
